Book's BBQ

10/09/2026

🚨 I wasn't going to mention this, but several customers were asking yesterday with some of the menu item numbers that we were put out there to also mention what we have given back to the communities over the past 4 years.

We take great pride to help and give back as much as possible to our local and surrounding communities, whether its through discounts snd donations to the local or surrounding school systems, churches, non profit organizational fundraisers, city employees, local emergency response, officers, and much more!!!

Partnering through Food Rescue - Akron over the past two years, doing what we can to help all of those in need as well!

Through discounts and donations we are currently just over $30,000 over the past 4 years!!!

We greatly appreciate everyone's patronage and here is to many more donations and years to come!!!

We have only come across 1 of the 4 golden tickets so far. Congrats Judith!! Who will be next? See ya soon!!

Just a little insight into what we have sold in the past 4 years! Pretty astounding numbers and we are truly humbled by and appreciate your business!!!

There has not been a winner that has come forward as of yet. So we still have 4 golden tickets as of this morning that we know of!! See ya soon!!

The numbers do not include doordash, giftcard and golden ticket usage, belly busters and sides included with the platters and busters along with bulk catering orders entered including catering specials!! So may be closer to 1.5x those!!!

This is really cool!! I know everyone has their own opinions on what is good/great based off of your own individual tastes, but it is awesome to actually be put on an unsolicited list with all of those other great BBQ Places and being able to shed some great light on my hometown Wadsworth!!! I had no idea about the list until my nephew sent me the original feed!! Thanks again for the shout out and as always much appreciated!!! 🙏 🐖 🐄 🐔

Ohio BBQ deserves more attention. These 10 smokehouses stand out across the state, but I know this ranking will get some debate. Which spot should be #1?
