Before the sun, before the light,
Alarm clocks cut into the night.
Shoes get tied and bags get packed,
One more check—then hit the track.

The venue waits, the floor is still,
Soon filled with noise, with grit, with will.
Athletes arrive with fire inside,
Ready to leave it all behind.

Blood, sweat, and tears upon the floor,
Digging deep, then giving more.

World Fitness Project Weekend is underway. Rubbing elbows with some of the fittest humans on earth while serving coffee has been amazing! Thankful for the opportunity and excited for more to come!

We’re been blessed to meet the right people and just run on faith that things will continue to workout.

Gods will for our business is so much greater than our own.

This isn’t how we planned it but the plans are not our own and we keep learning that more and more.

It’s just coffee, but god got us serving it.

Simple, dialed, and delicious.

20g IN → 40g OUT → 26–32 SEC

We grind our Ignite Espresso Blend fine and pull every shot on our La Marzocco GS3, paired with an Anfim Luna grinder.

🔥 THE COFFEE: Ignite Espresso Blend
⚖️ DOSE: 20g
☕️ YIELD: 40g
⏱️ TIME: 26–32 seconds
⚙️ GRIND: Fine

Ignite is a light-roast espresso blend featuring ⅓ Ethiopian coffee, bringing a bright, fruity note to the cup while still giving us the balance and sweetness we want from espresso.

It’s the recipe behind every latte, cappuccino, americano, and straight espresso we serve at events.

20 → 40 → ~30 seconds.
That’s our starting point. Then we dial by taste. 🤝

We started this brand with the idea that maybe a coffee brand with a fitness spin could be cool. We got some local friends and family to buy beans. It wasn’t until we went to our first CrossFit events that we realized the community is where our brand belongs. Serving people and supporting the community.

We’re claiming our spot as the Official Coffee Of The Fitness Community.
