Goodbye 2025… Hello 2026. 🍻🎉
We won’t pretend 2025 was our finest year. We entered the year optimistic and ready to take on a whole new adventure, but—as many of you have witnessed—progress hasn’t exactly matched the size of the building that’s been standing there for the past eight months.
It’s been frustrating, demoralizing, and frankly costly to remain closed this long. Patience has been tested. Extensively. At this point, sainthood feels like a reasonable next step.
That said, there was progress before the holidays. Windows and garage doors are in. The site permit was issued, interior plans were submitted, and we received city feedback prior to year-end. We’re hopeful those final issues will be resolved shortly after everyone is back at work in the new year. Fingers crossed that 2026 brings momentum instead of more disappointment.
We know many of you are asking about an opening date. We don’t have one just yet, but as soon as we do, you’ll be the first to know. We’re excited to start sharing more frequent (and more fun) updates as progress resumes. Our recent silence wasn’t for lack of effort—there simply wasn’t any news to share. Doubts crept in at times, but those have faded. Hope is back, and 2026 already feels different.
We’d also like to take a moment to thank the people who never wavered:
- Marc Moberg, General Manager, and Nick Woolf, Head Brewer—thank you for sticking with us through a very long year. Your commitment means everything.
- Greg May- Mayor of City of Robinson, TX, for staying vigilant and helping move this project back on track.
- Travis Francis, our contractor, and Jimmy Banks, project developer—for refusing to give up, even when the odds tried their best.
Tonight, let’s ring in the New Year, clink our glasses, and toast to a successful, forward-moving 2026. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the new brewery. 🍺✨🥳
