Unfortunately, I just experienced this with a customer, and I genuinely hated that I wasn’t able to serve her on her special day. I completely understand that there are details to work out, people to coordinate with, and decisions that have to be made before booking.

This is just a friendly reminder that an inquiry does not hold your date, and availability can change quickly.
I have grazing tables booked as far as a year in advance.

Hopefully I’ll have the opportunity to serve her in the future.
