After many incredible years, we have made the difficult decision to close our restaurant. As this chapter comes to a close, we do so with peace in our hearts, knowing that God is in control and His plans are always greater than our own.

This journey has been a blessing beyond words — filled with memories, relationships, and moments we will forever cherish.

We are deeply thankful for our customers, our staff, and everyone whom God has placed in our path along the way. Your support meant more to us than you’ll ever know.

We step into this next season with faith, gratitude, and trust in what God has in store for us.

✨🎄 It was another great day, we sold out of tamales completely. We will be open Friday and Saturday normal business hours if you need any chips, hot sauce, queso or masa!

✨🎄Christmas Eve is here 🎄✨
We will be open from 8am-noon, we have plenty chips, salsa, queso and masa. We will have a limited amount of chicken tamales this morning around 8:30/9.

Also, if you had a pre order pickup yesterday that you missed, we will put the tamales up for sale by 10:30/11 if you do not come pickup.

We will be grinding masa until about 11:30.

✨🎄 WOW!!! What a Monday! 🎄✨

Thank you to all those who came out today just wanted to post some updates. We have a VERY limited amount of tamales that will be available tomorrow morning likely all beef and MAYBE a few chicken and spicy pork. We are completely SOLD OUT of regular pork until January. All tamales will be first come, first serve tomorrow.

We did not anticipate to run out so quickly and we understand the disappointment that may come with this. Please know we prepared like every year but we had some busier months than usual this year (praise God) and for the Rodriguez family we had to prioritize our patriarch and his health throughout the year missing a few tamale prep days. Unfortunately, he passed November 6th and we missed out on some more weeks of tamale prep.

So again we hate to have let you guys down but please come and see us to get the rest of your goodies you may need. Tomorrow’s stash of tamales will be ready around 8am. We have plenty chips, salsa, queso and tortillas available. Masa also.

It was a very busy Saturday!
With Christmas approaching next week here’s some things you may like to know!

• We are not accepting pre orders for tamales but will have all types available Monday- Wednesday to sale daily or until we sell out. We suggest coming in Monday or the latest Tuesday to grab your favorite tamales before they run out.

• There will be NO masa pre orders this week, all sold first come, first serve. No exceptions.

• We have pork, spicy pork, beef and chicken tamales available. Sold by dozen or half dozen.

• We will have plenty of chips, salsa, queso and tortillas. No need to call ahead, just come on in.
- #5 box of chips feeds 35-45 people
- #3 box of chips feeds 15-20 people
- taco shells have 108 shells per box
- hot sauce and cheese available in 8oz, 16oz, 32oz and gallons.

• No lunch plates will be sold until we start back up in January. Rice/beans also unavailable for order.

• Our hours this upcoming week:
Monday & Tuesday 8am-5pm
Wednesday Christmas Eve 8am-noon
Closed Christmas Day

We can’t wait to see everyone and please be patient with us as this is our busiest time of the year. We are working hard to make sure you have all the goodies you need! 🎄✨

✨ Deadline to pre-order will be December 10th✨

You’re able to order by the dozen or half dozens.
The latest days for pickup will be December 22 or December 23 of course if you’re wanting them sooner that is also fine! December 24 we will only be open until noon but we will NOT accept any pre orders for that day everything available Christmas Eve will be first come first serve only.

Update for tomorrow:

First off we would like to once again thank everyone who came by today and showed tremendous support it truely means so much to us. Although we are super limited on what we have available please bare with us as we work our way back to “normal”.

We will have masa available tomorrow BUT IT WILL BE A VERY LIMITED SUPPLY!
• No preorders (no exceptions) FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
• Please be considerate on the amount of masa you purchase so that everyone can have an opportunity to get some. We are going to try to have small batches available all week so there’s no need to stock up all at once.

We will be open god willing for the rest of the week normal business hours with tamales, dips and lunch plates available. We are aiming to have chips available late this week or next. 🙏🏽

GOD IS GOOD, God IS GREAT!

We’ve got GREAT news we are serving LUNCH PLATES today! 🎉

We’ve got power to the front end of the shop now and were able to cook up some lunch! Although we don’t have any chips available we do have our hot sauce, queso dip, lunch plates and TAMALES available!

There is still NO MASA available but stay tuned tonight for an update on that!

Good evening everyone here's a small update on the shop:

As many of you know October 18 we had a fire in what we could call the "heart" of the shop. The area affected by the fire is where we would cook our key ingredient to 90% of our products, CORN and also due to the fire our electrical wiring was greatly affected.
Here we are a week later and we are PRAYING power will be restored to the front half of the shop by the end of this week. Now when and if this happens this week or early next week we will slowly try to see what we can produce and have available. This being said when we are able to open back up it will be with very limited stock of items.

We've also had many customers asking about ordering for Thanksgiving and Christmas tamales we will post dates about when we will begin taking orders after seeing how this week goes. We are simply just taking it a day at a time, we know God has a plan. Again we thank you for your continued support and prayers. We will be back soon. 🙏🏽 -Rodriguez Family 🤍
