🌟ONE MONTH OF LONGSHOT🌟

Y’all, gratitude has to be the understatement of the century to describe how we feel. You did more than show up for us, you pushed us to our absolute limit to produce the best coffee and hospitality we can deliver. ☕️
In the past month we grew our team, grew our space, grew our menu, & in general reached levels of this business we didn’t think we would achieve. 🙌🏼
When you’re walking through our doors, you’re supporting the dream of two individuals who took a chance on themselves. ✨
We hope when you walk in you feel the love, care, attention, and hard work that went into creating this space. 🤎

HEY Y’ALL 🤠 Our coffee of the month series is back! 🙌🏼

We are in a celebratory mood for October 🎃 Fall has landed, our one month-aversy for the cafe is in a few days, & by demand we brought back the coffee of the month! ☕️

In honor of a couple more weeks of Hispanic heritage month, we brought in a limited lot from Nayarit, Mexico.
Calavera Rosa is an absolutely delightful cup of coffee, with a unique processing method being Anaerobic Fermentation.
It’s giving raspberry tart, with an undertone of red w**e! 🍷
It’s sweet, round, and has some slight spice undertones perfect for fall! 🍂

Come grab it as a pour over or a retail bag in the shop today! ☕️

THANK Y’ALL for another great weekend at Longshot!! 🫶🏼 We love meeting you, talking with you, & sharing this space with you. We’ve put our whole hearts in this shop & it means the world to us that y’all feel the love 🤎
We wanted to answer a couple of questions we’ve been receiving:
1. When will we expand our days/ hours? SOON! I promise! We are working hard to get staffed up & are planning to open more in the next week or two. ☕️
2. Will you get more seating? Yes! We are working hard on additional outdoor seating 🍂
3. Nobody asked but… we are planning some fun events for y’all, coming soon to the back lot at Longshot! 🤭

Longshot Coffee Roasters is officially soft opened! Our hours are Friday-Monday 6:30-2pm.

We have been blown away by the community rallying around us for this opening and cannot wait to share some of the ideas we have coming soon!

Y’all have been letting! us! know! just how excited y’all are for our shop to open - so we figured it was time for a little update!🤭
We are currently in the process of getting through inspections with the city - hopefully we can get y’all an official open date very soon! ☕️
In the meantime THANK YOU for all of your words of encouragement, online purchases, sharing of our posts, follows, comments on the shop, we see you & it fills our hearts to know there is so much shared excitement of the space. 🫶🏼
