A coffee bean is not actually a bean at all, it’s the seed of a cherry from a coffee tree 🍒

It’s a beautiful day & we’re enjoying our coffee of the month: Edward Sandoval’s Colombian Chiroso ☕️ What stands out to us the most is the dried mango tasting note 🥭 It’s giving tropical, bright, & perfectly sweet 🙂‍↕️ Limited run - so try it before it’s gone!

Our coffee of the month is a Geisha varietal ☕️ Geisha makes up .09% of the world’s coffee production!

Guatemala isn’t as well known for its Geisha grown coffees, however; this one out of Antigua is a star! 🌟 We roast it just out of first cracks preserving as many of the aromatics and flavor compounds of the coffee cherry! 🍒
