A little preview of the fall menu at Segovia—best enjoyed with a glass of w**e. 🍂🍷

Our Sopa de Calabaza returns: roasted butternut squash soup that’s been a fall tradition here since 2023.

Joining the table are fava beans with Portuguese chorizo, our new house-made hummus, and olives prepared with fresh lemon and árbol chile peppers. Our fan favorite ahi tuna also gets a fresh touch with a new Spanish piquillo pepper sauce.

We’re ready to welcome the new season with Segovia’s Fall Harvest Chef’s Dinner.

Join us Tuesday, October 13 at 6:30 PM for four autumn-inspired courses prepared by Chef Armando, with an optional w**e pairing thoughtfully selected for each dish.

The evening’s menu includes:

• Zucchini and leek soup with Austrian Grüner Veltliner
• Butternut squash and chorizo risotto with American Pinot Noir
• Braised short ribs, balsamic-roasted carrots and parsnip purée with French Syrah
• Apple crumble cake with caramel and German Riesling

Dinner Only: $65
Dinner with W**e Pairings: $95
Tax and gratuity are additional.
