For 17 years, Richard has been one of the friendly faces helping keep the Wabash County YMCA running strong.

If you’ve spent time around the Y, chances are you’ve seen Richard offering a smile, saying hello, sharing a story about his latest trip or vacation adventure, or simply brightening someone’s day with his positive attitude. He’s known for his kindness, reliability, and the caring spirit he brings to our facilities team every single day.

Richard takes pride in his work, enjoys connecting with members and staff, and somehow always seems to know exactly when payday is coming!

We are incredibly thankful for the dedication, consistency, and joy Richard has brought to the YMCA family over the past 17 years. His presence helps make the Y feel welcoming and full of community.
