For 17+ years I've watched, absorbed, and learned their flavors, and cooking techniques from my amazing mother-in-law. Tim's Thai2Go dishes are her recipes with my personal touches. We don't use any measurements but rather throw in every ingredient using experience and instinct, while taste-testing everything until we are proud to serve it. Thai food is all taste-based. Taste-testing is an extremely essential step in cooking Thai food. Also, balancing the five flavors, sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy, in each Thai dish, is another important part of cooking Thai. My hope is the memory of these bold, balanced flavors stays with you long after you've had one of our dishes. So.....gin khao yung? Have you eaten today?

💗 I’M COMING HOME! 💗

After 45 days away at VA rehab, I’ll finally be back home on Monday! 🥹❤️

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to go through VA rehab and get the help I needed. I’m also not ashamed to admit that I was having a problem and I needed help. Sometimes admitting you need help is the hardest part, but I’m thankful I took that step.

Because I’ll finally be home, Bubbles & Boba will be CLOSED Monday so I can spend some much-needed time with my family. I’ve missed them like crazy, and I need a day to just be home, hug my people, and get settled back into normal life. ❤️

I also know I have A LOT of emails, messages, and things I’ve missed over the last 45 days. I’ll be working my way through them and getting back to everyone as quickly as I can, so please be patient with me while I dig myself out of that mountain. 😂📱

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, checked in on me, supported Bubbles & Boba, and gave me grace while I’ve been gone. I’m truly grateful. ❤️

Here’s to coming home, getting back to my family, and taking things one day at a time. 🧋💕
