Hi everyone.
We have reached the end of the restaurant đ!
I would like to thank everyone who took my work seriously and with respect with great affection!
This journey was not easy, but those who were with me always knew what it was like and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and honesty.
For those who still donât know why I ended it, itâs because I hurt my knee and couldnât work long hours standing up.
My children were demanding my presence and my husband was far away on another continent. There wasnât just one reason.
I couldnât find any crazy person who wanted to take control of the kitchenđ. Itâs not easy to work, especially with the quality of the food that I wanted to maintain and provide my customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I was extremely concerned about quality and the customer and that also took a lot out of me. But we learned every day and it was a tremendous experience to have lived through it.
I apologize to the customers and employees if things didnât go as they wanted or desired, but I was doing my best. (Nobody is perfect and we make mistakes every day and try to get it right)
It was all new to me and I went into this with my eyes closed, not knowing what to expect.
The only thing I was sure of was my love for cooking, and you tried it and liked it đ!
Today my greatest victory was the sincere friends I made on this journey and the life lessons I will take with me. I listened to everyone who went there, the hugs and kisses I received that nourished me.
Sometimes itâs not the success in money that you achieve, but having a gold mine of friendships and really seeing that we are not only here to make money but to help others with words.
I canât tell you what tomorrow will bring, but today I am living the best of myself!
