This is by far the best dish offering at Phoever. It is lemon cured beef or you can called it beef ceviche. Slice fillet mignon cure with fresh squeeze lime juice and and our chef special sauce serve with salad and shrimp cracker. Oh man by far my all time favorite dish out there ever. Every time I took a bite I am like OMG I die going to heaven alleluia.
