The Roasting House roasts specialty coffee beans in small batches to ensure high-quality and freshness. Our roasting profiles are selected for each green coffee to maximize the experience in the cup by highlighting the coffee's best attributes. We have already raised and donated money to benefit local non-profit organizations. Eric Troska donates his time to Big Brothers of Northern Nevada, Cub Scouts and the Silver State Striders.
