Street Vibrations rolls into Virginia City from Thursday, September 25 through Saturday, September 27, 2025. Please note the following:

On Thursday, September 25 and Friday, September 26, C Street will remain open to through traffic, but motorcycle parking only will be allowed along the street.

On Saturday, September 27, from 6:00 AM until midnight, C Street between Taylor Street and Sutton Street will be closed to all vehicles except motorcycles.

Please plan ahead, respect the closures, and enjoy a safe weekend in Virginia City!

Hot August Nights (Official) rolls into Virginia City next week, August 1–2, and we’re getting ready to welcome hundreds of classic cars to C Street! Here’s what to know about traffic and access during the event:

🛑 C Street Closure:
C Street will be closed to general traffic from the 4th Ward School to Sutton between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day.

📬 Post Office Access:
The Post Office will remain open with parking in the back.
To enter:
• Access C Street from the south end
• Drive under 5 mph and watch for pedestrians
• Northbound traffic only on C Street
• Show your mailed postcard to enter during closure hours
• Please keep visits quick to help others access their mail

🚦 Additional Traffic Notes:
• B Street remains two-way, as construction continues on the north end
• D Street will be one-way southbound from Mill Street to Hwy 342
