Mimi's Catering & Concessions business has been serving the Hampton Roads are for over a decade! We opened Mimi's Brooklyn Deli in 2007 and had one of the 1st Food Trucks in the area: the Brooklyn Deli Express. We moved on to become Boardwalk vendors at the VAB Oceanfront, and have been there for the last 10 years! No event is too large or to small for us! "We know how to keep it Cool".
