A little sparkle and shine before the holiday season! ✨

Coastal Grill will be closed Wednesday, September 23rd for a maintenance day. We’re taking the day to give our little corner of the neighborhood some extra TLC and get everything looking its best for the busy holiday season ahead.

We’ll be back for dinner on Thursday, September 24th, refreshed and ready to welcome you!

Hi friends! Sam Adams Octoberfest is officially on tap at Coastal Grill.

Chef Tommy put together something a little different for our guests this weekend — Peking Style Duck Leg Confit, served with passionfruit sauce and hoisin sauce.

It’s a great combination of rich, savory duck with just the right amount of sweetness from the passionfruit. Available this weekend while it lasts.

Happy Wednesday, friends!

Chef Tommy has been working on something special for this week's menu, and we think you're going to love it.

His Cilantro Pesto Grilled Mahi is served over saffron rice with a bok choy stir-fry and topped with a fresh pineapple mango salsa. It's light, colorful, and exactly the kind of dish we love serving this time of year.

A quick note for our fellow soft-shell crab fans...

Soft-shell crab season is still in full swing here in Coastal Virginia, but availability can change from week to week. Soft shells depend on natural molting cycles, water temperatures, weather conditions, and harvest timing, which means even during peak season there are days when supply simply isn't where it needs to be.

Rather than serve anything less than the quality we expect, we've chosen to wait for the next great batch. We know many of you have been looking forward to them, and trust us—we're just as eager to get them back on the menu.

Thanks for your understanding, and we'll keep you posted as soon as they're back in the kitchen.
