Introducing The Breakfast Club ☀️

We’re so excited to launch a new Friday morning tradition at The Laundry Cart.

We created Breakfast Club to bring people together through movement, good food, and meaningful community. It’s a space to slow down, move your body, share a meal, and start your Friday surrounded by great people.

Join us for a guided movement session by the bay, followed by breakfast, coffee (or a mimosa 🍊), and time to connect with an incredible community.

Our first Breakfast Club is Friday, July 3 at 8:00 AM.

This inaugural session will also feature two amazing local brands!

• Guided movement session
