At Commonwealth Brewing Company, we believe that beer should be adventurous, diverse, extremely drinkable, and sometimes wild. We uphold rustic farmhouse traditions, huge hop American styles, and the complex depths of wild fermentations. Located in the newly renovated, former Chesapeake Beach Fire & Rescue station in Virginia Beach, we’re proud to continue the tradition as a local gathering place. We are so thankful to be able to do what we love in a place we love.

Meet Pink Dahlia, our experimental hop ID-158 collaboration IPA with the wizards🧙‍♂️at Mill 95 out of sunny Idaho, brewed in celebration of the Master Brewers Conference in Virginia Beach! Pink Dahlia showcases Mill 95’s newest hop varieties and formats in one 5.5% Hazy IPA.
 
💓Pink is the showcase hop and leads with tons of ripe strawberry, stone fruit, citrus, and notes of vanilla.
💧LDH (Liquid Dry Hop) is the game-changing intensely concentrated liquid hop product derived from Nelson Sauvin, bringing big soft flavors of white grape skin and gooseberry to the party.
🍒Idaho Gem rounds out the sweetness with notes of cherry and candied pineapple.

Quantum Rizzics is back, and the hop game is out of this world! We’re bringing together two of our favorite New Zealand varietals, Maui Nelson and Wakatu, for a flavor profile of tropical meets citrus🍍🥭
 
Grown in New Zealand’s Sunrise Valley, Maui Nelson brings juicy pineapple, passionfruit, and those unmistakable wine-y vibes, while Wakatu adds a fresh pop of floral aromatics, bright citrus, and zesty lime.
 
At 6.5% ABV, this pale, hazy beauty is stacked with juicy character and topped with a cloud-like foam. Lush, hopped up, and seriously crushable, Quantum Rizzics has become a legend in our IPA lineup 🌌
