Now serving french fries!
Many of our regulars won’t believe it, but we have made the decision to add fries to our menu. For years, we refused to serve french fries. A lot of people never quite understood why we never offered them as a side.
We didn’t start BoBo’s to be another run-of-the-mill fast food restaurant. We started BoBo’s to serve good old fashioned Southern food for people from all walks of life. We knew that if we served fries from day one, many people would have never tried our butterbeans, greens, cucumber salad, succotash, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, black eyed peas…etc.
We forced country cooking on y’all. Now we have a generation of guests who will now choose vegetables over french fries. We did it.
Now y’all can have some fries with your fried chicken too.
