Today, we celebrate the birthday of a man whose heart and hard work are forever woven into the story of this restaurant. A loving father, boss and role model to so many, he was a man who poured so much of himself into this place. He didn’t just build a business- he built something that became a part of our family, our community, and our lives. We miss his laugh, his stories, his hard work, and simply having him here. Happy Birthday Tony, we hope you know how much we miss you, how much we love you, and how grateful we are for everything you gave us. Today, and every day, we raise a slice (and an espresso) to you. ❤️
