Pablo’s Tropical Blend is officially in motion. I’ve been working on this one for a while, wanting something bright, fruity, and uplifting that works on more than just one thing. The first batch is made and I’m testing and tweaking it now, and so far it’s hitting exactly how I hoped. It wakes food up in the best way, and I’ve been trying it on fruit, sweet potatoes, carrots, mixed drinks, smoothies, Greek yogurt, ice cream, cottage cheese,pancakes, and it keeps surprising me. I’m also rolling out the new sundial for this blend, and I chose the bright orange‑sun color because it matches the personality of the blend warm, sunny, and full of lift, like morning light on the water. It’s meant to feel joyful, refreshing, and a little tropical every time you pick up the jar.
