As we get closer to the 14-year anniversary of The Bagel Baker, we’re taking it back to the very beginning!  

Back to when George had a dream to create a neighborhood spot serving the best and most authentic NY style bagels in town. Back to when George installed the 1955 oven with his own hands. Back to when our young adult customers were just kids. Back to before valued patrons became valuable friends. 14 years later, George’s  passion for quality food and customer service hasn’t changed. In fact, it has inspired him to continue dreaming and expanding his business as a restaurateur. And we couldn’t have done it without all of you- our community, our customers, our friends. THANK YOU!!
