In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the Military Aviation Museum is holding a special event to coincide with out Summer of Flight series on Saturday, July 4th, 2026. Please join us for a fun-filled day with our warbirds, living historians, food trucks, and family activities for all!

Summer of Flight and special July 4th activities are included with regular Museum admission (free for Museum members).

All of us at Pelican Pete want to thank everyone at the veterans Band-Aid fest for a really great day of sales and meeting up with many of you we have seen year after year at this event. It was a great concert, the headliner tonight was Jo Dee Messina & she  gave a great performance.

Tomorrow, Pelican Pete returns to the holi day travel park in Virginia Beach for another day of the veterans Band-Aid fest. We appreciate all the Pelican Pete fan base out there and truly appreciate the warm comments you give us. Hope to see y'all tomorrow.

When: May – September, on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays

-25% makers: Artisans with everything from woodworking to glass art, crochet, and repurposed goods!
