Fall classes are live!

Join us at The Bake Studio for a baking class this fall. We’ve added a new Social Class format—spend a relaxed 1.5–2 hours baking and getting creative while enjoying your choice of beer, wine, or one of our special mocktails.

Looking to dive a little deeper? Our Standard Workshops are 3–4 hour intensive classes focused on technique and the science behind baking.

Whether you’re coming for a fun night out or ready to sharpen your skills, there’s a class for you this fall.

Pastry Lamination has always been my baking passion (the art of folding dough with butter many times to produce flaky layers of goodness) . There’s just something so beautiful about a laminated pastry. the layers, the honeycomb structure, the butter. But it’s also becoming a bit of a dying art. Especially when we don’t think twice about paying $5 for a Starbucks croissant that was mass-produced, baked, frozen and shipped. We’re also saturated in our area now by French chain bakeries that ship in pre-made pastries (although still beautiful and delicious).

Buy the handmade croissant. Support the bakeries keeping this craft alive. To my knowledge there are only 6 actively laminating in house in our area - , , , & . If you haven’t paid them a visit recently get out there and get a handmade pastry! 🥐

Bonjour! Our French Pop-Up is here this Friday & Saturday only from 7am–1pm.

Step into a little corner of France for buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, éclairs, macarons, Paris-Brest, fresh baguette sandwiches, quiche, French salads, and so much more.

Come spend the morning with us this Friday and Saturday and fill a box (or two) with your favorites. Everything is available while supplies last.

We’re filling the case with all things French. Buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, éclairs, tarts, Paris-Brest, Opera Cake, baguette sandwiches, quiche, French salads, and so much more.

Preorders are open now for pickup this Wedns- Saturday or stop in and shop the case first come first serve this Friday and Saturday only 7am—1pm
