This weekend we celebrate 9 years of May's Parlor. May's looks a lot different than it did 9 years ago. We started with 1 tiny shop in the cutest house at the Oceanfront. We made it through COVID and years of baking out of a 400sq ft kitchen with 2 ovens. We grew all the way to 3 locations and a 3000sq ft bakeshop. At our busiest we had 35 incredible employees and operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I was 25 and clueless when we opened our doors. Today, I'm a mom to two little girls, and I get to spend my days with them while still doing what I love (holiday popups and baking classes). While I'll always miss the fast paced restaurant life, the slow days with my family are priceless.

Whether you've been here since day one or just found us recently, thank you for supporting every version of May's.

This weekend,Friday July 17th & Saturday July 18th, we are open to the public for our Summer popup at our wholesale bakeshop at 3497 Holland Rd. Suite 102 from 7am-1pm with pastries, pies, and so much more. (Birthday Cake Cruffin and Cookies n' Milk Cruffin added to the menu too!) Come celebrate with us!!

One last weekend!

Our Summer Pastry Pop-Up is coming to a close soon, and this Friday & Saturday are the last days for our Summer series! We will be open to the public two days only so come on in and grab a box for the office or pastries for a picnic!

From flaky croissants and fresh pastries to breakfast sandwiches, pies, savory favorites, cookies, cold brew, and more, we’ll have the cases filled with everything you’ve loved from May’s!

Stop by for fresh pastries, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, cookies, muffins, cinnamon buns, coffee cake, cold brew, fresh lemonade, savory sides by the pound, pies, and so much more. Everything is first come, first served.

Summer at May's is almost here.
For two weeks only, we're filling our commercial bakeshop with seasonal pastries, breakfast sandwiches, pies, cookies, summer sides, quiche, and all of the favorites you’ve been missing from our Oceanfront cafe.
Preorders are available Wednesday through Saturday this week and next , making it easy to grab breakfast to-go before work, pastries for the beach, or dessert for your next cookout.
We'll also be open to the public Friday and Saturday for grab and go first come first serve, but if there's something you've had your eye on, we highly recommend preordering before it sells out.
