Ashlee from The Warehouse stopped by to film a little bit of content and we wanted to test her cupcake frosting skills 😜

I frosted one for her, let her frost one to see her technique and then guided her on just a few adjustments and check out the improvement!!

I love that sometimes it’s as simple as holding the piping bag at a different angle and focusing on following the full circle of the cupcake while piping

From 2011-2014 I worked at a bakery called Baked Euphoria in upstate New York. This is where I learned my love for cake decorating.
Starting as an assistant decorator filling and crumb coating cakes I quickly became the head cake decorator and learned and grew my skills on the job.

Running a small business is not for the weak and most small business owners know this struggle.
In 2013 Cake Boss started a new show called Bakery Boss where he came to small struggling bakeries to help them.
Baked Euphoria was one of these bakeries with our episode airing in 2014. (Season 1 Episode 5 for anyone wondering; but don’t judge young Ariel crying on national tv to harshly if you watch it 😅)

While I would say the over dramatic nature and not fully trueness of filming reality tv is not my favorite it was definitely an experience I will not forget.

Now if only I can meet Duff Goldman someday cause I’ll always be Team Duff over Team Buddy 🤣🤣😅
