Flamingo Joe’s is searching for a few more staff members to complete our team for the summer of 2021!

1. Shift supervisor
Virginia Beach boardwalk food cart supervisor. Help oversee the operation for 6 snow cone/food carts on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk.
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Very Light computer skills necessary.
We can train the right person even with little management experience.
Pay starts between $13-$15 per hour and we are somewhat flexible with scheduling.

2. Beach food cart team member. Stand out on the Virginia Beach boardwalk selling cold drinks, snow cones and some easy to make food products. We can train you even if you have no previous experience. It’s a fun job out in the sunshine looking out at all that our beach has to offer. Scheduling is somewhat flexible and the pay starts between $10-$12 per hour plus all the delicious tips are yours to keep. Some friendly, talkative team members have made exceptional tips thus far in 2021!
Applicants for this position must be at least 16 years of age.

The ideal candidate for our Supervisor position will:

Get excited about the opportunity to oversee 6 food carts on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. We are open on the Oceanfront May 1 to September 30.

Enjoy interacting with the public

Look forward to helping serve family friendly concessions (i.e. snow cones to Philly steaks)

Equally enjoy physical labor, basic computer tasks, and the sunshine.

Have management experience (foodservice experience not required).
