Bourbon Brewski RETURNS this weekend 🥃

There’s no better way to start Dad’s weekend (or any weekend for that matter). It’s made with our house roasted & brewed cold brew, bourbon brown sugar simple syrup, a dash of pecan bitters, and optional splash of cream.

When the non-bourbon drinkers love this one, you know it’s worth it! (Non-alc, we use bourbon extract) But is it good with a splash of the real stuff? Yes 😉

🥓 Candied Bacon Pimento BLT - House-made jalapeno pimento cheese, candied thick-cut bacon, sliced heirloom tomato, crispy romaine lettuce and flaky sea salt on grilled local sourdough from Top Knot Artisan Bakery

🍌 Banana Brulee French Toast - Espresso custard soaked brioche, topped with fluffy vanilla bean mascarpone cream and brûléed banana slices. Served with a side of peanut butter crème anglaise 🔥

We have a few very special things happening this week:

☀️ First, our summer drink menu is officially live! The Backroads Latte made with blackberry and ginger is a must-try. Sweet, a little tangy, and perfect for summer!

🍩 will be coming WEEKLY to the Farmhouse cafe ALL SUMMER LONG 🙌 And this week they are debuting a new flavor, Honey Bun! Come grab fresh donuts and a coffee on Tuesdays from 8am-12pm

🇺🇸 Womens Veterans Day kick-off is happening Thursday at the Sherwood/Pungo Cafe from 10am-12pm. This event is open to all, and commemorates the signing of the Women's Armed Services Integration Act on June 12th, 1948; which allowed women to serve as permanent members of the military. We'll have pins, a photo wall, a raffle, and would love to meet fellow women veterans and service members!

A new custom syrup has entered the chat 🍌

Introducing Bodacious Banana! You can now make our popular banana cream cold brew at home, and it's good timing because the spring menu is about to switch over to new summer items 👀

It's also delicious in a regular latte, teas, and matcha. Finally a banana syrup we can get behind that doesn't taste like taffy that has been in the junk drawer (for who knows how long).

Banana Cream Cold Brew RECIPE:
🍌 makes one 16oz BCCB
To a large cup add:
1/2oz brown sugar simple syrup
10-12oz Pinup Coffee cold brew
Ice, leaving 1" of room at the top
Stir

Make banana soft top:
3oz heavy cream
Tiny splash whole milk
1/2oz Bodacious Banana
Whisk to before soft peaks form. Top your cold brew with the banana soft top and sprinkle on cinnamon to finish
