For the first time in 3 plus years we are actively seeking a new chef. We have been beyond lucky and grateful that it’s taken this long but the time has come. We are very happy for Chef Logan and the opportunity that he has been offered and wish him the best of luck in his next career. We will miss watching him tumble down Wintergreen Mountain on our annual ski trip. Although I will say, like in the kitchen, he learn his way down that damn mountain and eventually did it in fashion. Thank you Chef Logan. So now onto the next chapter for us as well. If you are or know someone interested in an executive chef position send them our way. It’s not the easiest job but we already have a great team and system in place. We are looking for someone who loves being creative but more than anything, is a good person and can fit into our tight knit restaurant. See you all soon! Cheers.
