💜​Today would have been Suzan’s birthday, and we’re all missing her a little extra today.💜

​For those who didn't know her, Suzan was with us back when we were still at our old location. She was one of those people who just made the whole room brighter the second she walked in.

​She sadly passed away back in February.

​We are incredibly grateful for the regular laughs, chats, and support she gave us. Today, we’re raising a seasonal latte (as she would've ordered) to her memory.

​Happy Birthday, Suzan. You’ll always be a part of the family here at Project Seed Coffee. 🤍

If you’re new here, you probably didn’t know that we started this business as a cold brew delivery service (and pop-up) during the pandemic.

Back in 2020, I was experimenting with cold brew coffee. After a LOT of trial and error, I perfected our very first product: Original Cold Brew. It's made with Bolivian beans, super smooth and clean. To this day, we still use that exact same recipe.

Fast forward to this week. One of our OG cold brew regulars just got back from the motherland 🇵🇭 Philippine coffee scene is absolutely insane right now. He told me he went to a ton of different shops and tried their cold brew, but none of them compared to ours. ​He said as soon as he landed back in the US, he came straight to the shop to grab his "usual." Hearing that made my day!

If you’re a black coffee drinker, you’ve got to try our OG Cold Brew next time you're in. Let me know what you think! - Erene

​My daughter went to art camp last week, and the guest teacher was none other than Aimee Bruce (Artist AimB.)! 🎨

​When I picked her up, I instantly recognized Aimee. She told me my daughter had asked her if she was Asian 😂 When Aimee said, "Yes! Half Filipino 🇵🇭," my daughter proudly replied, "Me too!!!" 🥹❤️

​This gorgeous painting is from that very same art class, which Noah Walker graciously donated to the shop. Aimee even swung by to sign it for us! 🙌🏼

​So honored to add another amazing local artist to our wall. 👏🏼

For BTS and their fandom, ARMY, the Purple Ocean is one of the most powerful symbols of their mutual bond.
