🤫 Can you keep a secret?

Around here, we believe some of the best things aren't always listed on the menu.

In honor of Father's Day—and my own personal "Pops"—I'd like to introduce the very first item from our new...

🧀🔥 K-So, Secrets! 🔥🧀

Meet The Pops.

It's simple. It's classic. It's exactly the kind of thing dads have been ordering forever.

👉 Our K-So, Classic grilled cheese
👉 Add a slice of ham
👉 That's it. That's the secret.

You won't find it printed on the menu.

But if you walk up to the window and say, "I'll take a Pops," we'll know exactly what you mean. 😉

This one is dedicated to my dad, who taught me that sometimes the simplest things are the best things.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, grandpas, bonus dads, and father figures out there. ❤️

And remember...

🤫 The first rule of K-So, Secrets is... tell everyone you know about K-So, Secrets.

Yesterday wore me out in the best way! 🥰

Today is for restocking, cleaning, and figuring out my card reader after a very busy lunch service.

Let's shoot for breakfast and lunch this Sunday! Stay tuned for details!! 💛🧀

06/13/2026

Today was my first weekday lunch service in Salem, and wow... y'all showed up! 🧀❤️

I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by, placed an order, waited patiently, shared kind words, and showed support while I worked through a lunch rush that was much bigger than expected.

Unfortunately, at one point I even had to turn some folks away because I simply couldn't keep up with the volume of orders coming in all at once.

What I will remember most from today isn't the stress—it's the kindness. Several customers offered encouragement, understanding, and grace when things got hectic. Those moments meant more than you know.

And to the person who left the surprise $20 tip... I didn't catch who you were but thank you. Your generosity and support absolutely made my day.

As a small business owner, every order, every share, every recommendation, and every kind word helps more than I can express. I'm already working on solutions to improve service during those busy lunch rushes.

Thank you, Salem, for giving K-So, Cheese! such a warm welcome.

Hey y’all! 🍞🧀

Quick update—had a goat emergency that slowed us down yesterday, but Tog is now stable. 🐐💙

We’re finishing AC setup and doing a full equipment test before we brave this 90° heat. 🔥

If all goes well, I’ll be set up Friday & Saturday 10am–2pm next to Salem Auto Parts!

Same crispy, gooey grilled cheese coming your way 🧀✨

Thanks for sticking with me—can’t wait to see you this weekend!
