A little behind the scenes…
This is how we make one of our top sellers… our Baklava Ice Cream 🇬🇷
We take real baklava and break it down, then fold it into our homemade ice cream with cinnamon, local honey, filo dough, walnuts, and almonds.
It’s rich, crunchy, and packed with flavor just like the classic dessert.
If you’ve had it before, you already know… if not, it might be time to fix that!
