A love note from owner + operator, Mr. Dave Simoni to New Jersey, family + his craft ⁣
⁣
“I see New Jersey as an island full of different⁣
types of culture than the rest of the country.⁣
We have hidden gems right in our back yard.⁣
My fathers side of the family came here from⁣
northern Italy with a dream and it's a dream I⁣
hold very near and dear.⁣
⁣
My goal is to highlight and offer farm to table⁣
paying tribute to the people who have put so⁣
much effort into carrying on traditions over⁣
generations.⁣
⁣
I farmed this land, my father farmed this land⁣
and his father farmed this land and through all⁣
those generations I was lucky enough to have⁣
my grandmother there to teach me what that⁣
all meant!⁣
⁣
With my menu I only wish to share the comfort⁣
and love that was bestowed upon me from the⁣
fruits of my grandparents labor that I cherish⁣
so much. The joy it brings me to raise⁣
ingredients in my backyard and share that with⁣
everyone is incredibly gratifying.”⁣
