ā„ļø We know itās been a little while since weāve shared an update, and we wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience, support, and the many messages of encouragement weāve received along the way.
Behind the scenes, weāve been working closely with our insurance company and the county to finalize a game plan for reopening Lassen Steakhouse. While these processes can take time, please know that progress is being made, and weāre getting closer to being able to share more details about what comes next.
Lassen Steakhouse has always been more than just a restaurantāitās a place where friends gather, families celebrate, stories are shared, and memories are made. Seeing how much this place means to our community has been both humbling and inspiring during this journey.
We miss serving you. We miss seeing familiar faces walk through our doors. Most of all, we canāt wait for the day we welcome everyone back and create new memories together.
