I'm so sorry Ville Platte. It was never my intention to bring hate to another business. I really wish the best for them.
But I am now seeing a brand new Facebook user (so obliviously this person does not want to show their real name) making comments about my husband. Yes, he has been to prison. He has a past, we all do. I won't defend that past person, I never knew him, but I will defend the person he has become, the person I met.
If you didn't like me, that's okay, but bringing this up, no.
Remember, GOD forgives and loves us all.

This is for anyone who has become offended by me wanting to name my business Z'oignons.
I do know that the owner was called Mr. Zoignon and was very respected. I am not trying to pretend I have anything to do with him or his old business. I respect and admire what he built here. I can only hope that I can achieve the success that he and many others in our town have had.
As far as why I picked that name, it is a great name for a Cajun style restaurant. Y'all put z'oignons in EVERYTHING lol. It was not my intention to make people upset. I am sincerely sorry .

With that being said, if you would like to give me suggestions on a name change, I am all ears.

And to the new owners of the old Frostys drive inn, I really do hope that they do well with their business. We all need to work together to make Ville Platte great.

It is so hot out today that I decided to make my husband a late lunch outside on the grill. Sticky Chicken. My husband is happy and the house is still cool. Win win 😊

Hey Ville Platte. Just to squash any scam rumors. If you had been to Frosty Inn in the past four years before it was recently sold, then chances are I made your burger. Now everyone knows that the place has been sold and is now Purple Cow. I am trying to start a food truck business that has nothing to do with them.
