FOCUS Nutrition Fitness Family Making the community healthier and happier one shake & workout at a time! We can't wait to meet you!

Tried to capture as many things as we could from our morning rush today. It ‘‘twas busy!

Thank you Villa park for all your love and support! We love being here 🥰

Expected wait times for menu items:
Smoothie bowls: 5 minutes
Refreshers: 3 minutes
Healthy shakes: 3 minutes
Basic/plain shakes: 4 minutes
Waffles: 5 minutes
Other teas/coffees: 3-5 minutes.

If you’re ordering multiple items allow an extra 2-5 minutes per item (depends on if we are busy with other orders too). Example: we get a repeat order for an office of 6 smoothie bowls and it takes us about 20 minutes to complete the order.

Everything is made to order so it takes time to get it ready. We love serving your favorite healthy menu.

Don’t want to wait?
Call ahead! 🥰 as long as you give us enough time we can have your order ready by the time you arrive to focus with little to no wait time ❤️

Here’s the thing about our protein waffles:
1. They are delicious
2. They have 20 grams of protein
3. We can customize the topping to make them how ever you’d like them!
4. Whipped cream makes everything better and only adds 15 calories and 1 gram of sugar ❤️
