Here’s a couple throwbacks from 2020. I always hate seeing these memories pop up online, because it’s such a harsh reminder of the times.

Before we really knew too much about Covid, we had a decision to make. Do we shut down temporarily or do we work through this?

Not only did we stay open, but we reinvented ourselves in many ways! Taking donations to feed our frontline workers. We were able to drop pizzas off to every hospital, police & fire departments in our area!

And of course this was the birth of a new menu item! The Beef Roll grew to fame during this time! Between the local FB groups, Chicago Tribune articles, podcasts and radio shows!

You guys made it a pleasure!

Monday mornings are like routine here. We go back and check the reviews from over the weekend. It keeps us sharp, and we keep trying to raise our standards.

Everything from food and beverage, to atmosphere, to the cleanliness of our front and back of house. For me, it’s all about the guest experience! If they chose to come by us, and for that matter, drive hours to get to us, we never want to let you down!
