Our newest chef features have arrived, and they're here for a limited time:

🔥 Fried Goat Cheese finished with crispy sage and our house-made sage-infused hot honey.

🍔 The Buffalo Lucy – our spicy twist on the legendary Minnesota Jucy Lucy, stuffed with cream cheese and buffalo sauce, then topped with bleu cheese, bacon, and sautéed jalapeños.

🧀 Gnocchi al Gorgonzola – house-made potato gnocchi in a rich Gorgonzola cream sauce with Parmesan, toasted walnuts, and cracked black pepper.

🍯 Sage-Infused Hot Honey Pork Chop – a 14-ounce bone-in center-cut pork chop finished with our signature hot honey, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed summer squash.

They're BACK!

Come out this weekend (except for Saturday) and dig into our Gourmet Hot Dog Feature! Enjoy two gourmet all beef quarter pound hot dogs, finished charred with chili and cheese or Seattle-style with cream cheese, caramelized onions, and fresh jalapenos........or do one of each. This Saturday, July 4th, Driftwood Grille will be closed as we join in celebrating 250 years of Freedom and Independence.

Independence Day is about more than fireworks and cookouts—it's about taking time to be with the people who matter most. Our team works hard all year long, and we're grateful to give them the opportunity to spend the holiday making memories with their friends and family. We hope you'll be doing the same.
