Matcha has taken over the world, and honestly? We get it. 🍵

Earlier this year, we had the chance to visit the World Tea Expo and go deep on everything matcha. The history, the craft, the way it’s traveled from Japanese tea fields to cups everywhere. We came back with a whole new appreciation for what makes a great matcha and some exciting ideas for what’s coming to our menu.
