☀️ How is it possible that we’re already halfway through summer?!
As much as we’d love to freeze time (we’re pretty good at freezing ice cream, after all 😉), we’re starting to face the reality that several of our amazing team members will soon be heading off to college or transitioning into their fall 2026 school schedules. We couldn’t be more proud of them, but it also means it’s time for us to grow our team!
At Mountain State Creamery, we still do hiring the old-fashioned way. We believe in paper applications, phone calls to schedule interviews, and good conversations so we can get to know each other and make sure it’s the right fit—for you and for us.
We’re looking for people who are:�🍦 Eager to learn the ice cream business.�😊 Friendly and excited to provide great customer service.�📞 Comfortable answering the phone.�🧹 Willing to help keep our shop clean and welcoming.�🧢 Happy to wear a uniform and hat.�🍨 Aware that while eating ice cream isn’t the whole job… it’s definitely one of the perks!
We’re hiring for ice cream servers and are also looking for the perfect addition to help us continue expanding our baked goods. Yepppppp. We are growing again!!!!

A few things to know:�• Hiring starts at age 15. Work permits (when required) and food handler certificates will be expected upon
employment.�• Pay is based on experience.
• weekly pay/ direct deposit. �• Weekends are part of life at Mountain State Creamery. If weekends are off-limits for you, we’re probably not the best fit—and that’s okay!
