Our special on now and for all next week is Salmon Wellington. It was a hit at our last Burn’s night and has been flying out of the kitchen already. Salmon fillet, duxelles, goat cheese, spinach wrapped in puff pastry and served with potato Savoyard and tarragon cream sauce. Ooof.
