It's too hot to cook. Good thing we’re already in the kitchen!

The Fourth is almost here, and with this forecast, your grill may end up cooking you instead of dinner.

Suggestion:

We're open Saturday, July 4th for brunch dine-in until 4pm. Ricardo will have the drinks cold. I'll have food ready and in the kitchen - we can handle the heat!

If you’re chilling at home, takeout will also be available until 4pm, and you can order from both our a la carte brunch and dinner menus.

A few Maple staples that have become Fourth of July traditions:

Our signature crème fraîche wings (with quite a fan club).

Lithuanian empanadas, Chef Justė's personal favorite.

Fried green tomatoes, a crispy summer classic with mildly spicy pimento cheese.

Our 10 little tables filled up quickly for Vienna Restaurant Week, so we decided to extend the offer through Saturday, March 14th.

For the extension we’re offering our full 4-course dinner for $55 (normally $59). Everything is cooked with care and prepared and served by just two people — as always.

If you’ve been wanting to visit, this is a wonderful time to come by.

Also, Easter Brunch reservations are now open.
We offer a 3-course brunch for $45, and it tends to sell out each year, so booking early is recommended.

Super Bowl wings!
This Sunday, we’re offering our signature crème fraîche wings for game-day pickup.

Our wings are made with free-range chicken, tossed in a creamy crème fraîche sauce with savory umami notes from Korean chili paste, fish sauce, oyster sauce and balanced with bright citrus. Rich, tangy, and very addictive. Sold by the pound, 6-7 wings per #.

5:15 PM – 7:30 PM

Snow had other plans for all of us this past week!
We’ve officially dug ourselves out, and are open again today. The parking lot is ready, the kitchen is warm, and we’re very happy to be back in our groove.

It’s been… a year.
And by “a year,” we mean:
• our building AC broke down
• our walk-in fridge broke down
• our fire-suppression hood broke down
(All things you absolutely cannot run a restaurant without.)
Add in government shutdown, slow months, a few health issues, and now another family emergency — and, well… 2025 really is a doozy to keep up with.
Right now, Ricardo is in Argentina to visit his father for one last time and say goodbye in the final days, and I — Chef Justė — am here holding down the fort and catching up on everything we’ve been juggling.
Because of all this, we’re doing TAKEOUT ONLY through December 5th and will reopen for dine-in on December 6th for dinner.
