🤠🔥 BIG NEWS FROM OUR COUNTRY KITCHEN! 🔥🤠

Lord willing, our vent hood systems and kitchen ceiling will be installed this week! Once that work is finished, we can call for our health inspection and get one step closer to firing up the kitchen!

If everything gets the green light, Sizzle Spot - Vidor will begin serving your favorite good old-fashioned country cooking through TO-GO ORDERS while we put the finishing touches on the dining room. 🍗🥘

When the dining room is ready, we’ll swing those doors wide open for the GRAND OPENING OF Eleven Chop House ! 🥩🔥

We’ll have a real wood-burning grill right up front where y’all can watch your food cooking over the flames—and smell that smoky goodness the minute you walk through the door!

Once the restaurant is up and running, we’ll start working on the convenience and country gift shop side.

It’ll be a little bit country, a little bit chop house, and a whole lot of good eating!

Giving yall an update

The New Sizzle Spot - Vidor will be located at 5320 N. Main St., approximately three miles further north. Sizzle Spot will occupy the left side of the establishment, while the Eleven Chop House will be situated on the right. The central area will feature a gift shop and convenience store, offering products from local vendors.

Although we had anticipated a brief closure, some building-related issues have extended the timeline slightly. Please be assured that we will reopen soon, offering an expanded and improved experience, ready to provide all the daily specials you've come to enjoy. Our full menu will finally be available every day, rather than on select days. We hope to resume takeout orders next week, pending approval from the Health Department. Furthermore, there will be no need for another relocation as this building is now our permanent home. Due to changes in the partnership, Sizzle Spot had been managed solely by its employees. With that in mind, the Sizzle Spot team has decided on a more promising direction for the future of our expanding community and cities.
