This new name reflects a vision that has grown beyond beautiful boards. While charcuterie will always be part of what I love, my true passion has always been creating meaningful gatherings and helping people celebrate life’s special moments.

With over 10 years of experience in catering, tablescapes, and event planning, I have learned that the most memorable gatherings are not about perfection—they are about connection, thoughtful details, and making people feel welcome.

We have changed our name to Gathered with Grace. We have loved being Champagne Charcuterie for six years. It has brought so many blessings. We have been quietly stepping back from the catering side of our business. We are wanting to go in a new direction. We will be rebranding and offering some exciting new content. Stay tuned!!

Came up with this delicious dish for my son who is fasting. I used fresh banana peppers from our garden! Stuffed them with imitation crab, the trinity, cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, different cheeses. They were so good!!
