Landry is going off to college, and so one of the greatest blessings our shop ever received has her last day today.

She has been part of Geaux Joe since its first few months and has been right there with us through it all.

Lan, it’s easy to feel, but difficult to adequately express our love and appreciation for who you are and all you’ve done.

You’ve certainly left your mark on Geaux Joe; so many of our recipes & methods we use today came from your own personal research & experimentation in the shop.

You’re one of the most professional, hardworking, endearingly goofy, creatively talented, and kindhearted people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing and we’re honored to have had you be a part of our journey thus far.

You’ve been a leader in your own right for a long time now and we know you’ll be a success in whatever you set out to accomplish.

Our shop wouldn’t be what it is today without you being there at the beginning. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Today Gavin left home (and our little shop) and headed off to college and we want to wish him all the best! 🎊🎉

Gavin, you have been dedicated, thoughtful, encouraging and a great help to our team. I’ve honestly lost count of the times something unexpectedly came up and you threw yourself into the mix to help.

Whether it was hanging signs, installing new equipment, or covering a shift at the very last moment for a team member; when you were called, you were there quick, without complaint, ready and willing to serve. Those are rare qualities absolutely worth celebrating!

Thank you for spending these last few years at the shop having a blast with us. We’re all excited for your next chapter.
