Itchy Foot was born out of many trips to other restaurant as a customer. The owner of Itchy foot operates another business that keeps him and his wife Leslie very busy. At first, of course it was a real treat .Ron said as time and meals moved on we found ourselves a little disappointed at the quality being served. Ron then started planing Itchy Foot Islands Deli and BBQ which was many years ago. Ron's love for BBQ had him up at early hours viewing You Tube and doing a quick study of BBQ, experimenting with temperatures, times and spices. Many years ago Ron and Leslie ran and owned a small chain of Deli"s so the Idea was born ... Why not combine the two ?This concept is different, and while we are at it why not be all together different? A BBQ Deli Fusion, and lets make our place a fun happy place with a Islands theme decor. enjoy some Great BBQ, Some Great Deli Sandwiches, Awesome Drinks, Craft beers, Hand Scooped Ice cream.-Lets appreciate our customers get them out of their environment for a few minutes, learn their names, what they do , and most importantly listen to them. Don't be slow to make changes, adjust and at the end of the day it's about customers . Ron feels food cost and labor cost is important in a restaurant, however should not be the driving force in policies. It's the customers that make or break a restaurant. Let your customers decide what direction the restaurant will go. Give us a try, Learn about The Legend of Itchy Foot ..We might just be that place you have been looking for????

New restaurant Maui Wowie Burgers and brews at 15329 unit V on Palmdale Rd looking for a experienced waitress day time. Interviews from 9 AM to 3 PM today ( Sat). No signs up yet. Next to Cycle Gear. Corner of Palmdale and Park. Start as early as Monday

Well some news. The Itchy foot sign came down, that was sad. Itchy Foot is no more, however the good news is a Investor popped up and is going to reopen at the same good location. I was just told it will be more of a burger place with gourmet burgers made fresh daily along with a good lunch menu. The name of the place is Maui Wowie Burgers and brews.. I am also happy about the center is filling up again. I believe all but one unit is rented and someone put the big huge Target building in escrow. The rumor is anything from a Grouchy store to a Movie theater who knows . We will find out soon enough.

To all of our supportive customers we so thank you for your support. We are saddened to announce Itchy Foot is no more. Today was our last day in business. RL Spears will be handling a auction on line if anyone is interested in equipment. We expect to see a list of inventory on their site within two weeks. once again thats for your support. Ron
