I am Miranda Lester, Owner of Gluten-Freedom Bakery located in Victoria, TX and since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in May of 2011, I have set out to create wonderfully tasting gluten free treats for every home. From pie crusts and cakes to bread and tortillas not even the pickiest eater would know the difference. It is my promise to ALWAYS provide quality products to my customers. I have been in your shoes and know the feeling of not having options, but at Gluten-Freedom Bakery you have the Privilege to Indulge.

*All products are baked fresh to order so ONE WEEK notice is REQUIRED for all orders.

*I operate under the Cottage Law which prohibits me from selling products which require temperature control. (Custards, Meringue, etc.)

Gluten-Freedom Bakery goodies are now available at Herb โ€˜nโ€™ Cafรฉ! I just dropped off our first delivery, and Iโ€™m so excited to have another place for you to grab a treat!

Iโ€™ve been slowly finding my way back to baking, and Iโ€™m excited to share that soon youโ€™ll have another place to pick up some of your favorite gluten-free goodies! And this location is open 7 days a week! โค๏ธ
