Finally it’s done!!!! Yes I just decided to go basic and it worked out. It’s been 6years since our last menu was posted.

I don’t want to hear it if there’s any spelling errors I’ve been under the weather and it’s now 4:30am. So shhhhhhhh 🤣. Alyssa at Rapid will have my back..

🤞 Fingers crossed… the new menu will finally be here later this week-or, worst-case, next week for sure!

And guess what? It has updated pricing! 🎉 We know that’s been one of the biggest requests (and yes, we’ve heard the comments! 😅).

As a small, locally owned business, we don’t have the budget to hire a graphic designer, so I’ve been creating the entire menu myself during my free time. It’s taken longer than I hoped, but I wanted to make sure it was done right.

The wait is almost over! We’ve also added a few new menu items that we can’t wait for y’all to try.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for sticking with us. We truly appreciate every single one of you, and we promise you won’t have to wait much longer! ❤️

PS - disregard all the spelling errors, yes I know, yes they will be corrected before printing!!! Some messaged privately telling me nicely- others well let’s just your so hateful, and your NOT perfect. Here’s your answer- I’ve been working late on this, and after my stroke, I can’t look at a computer screen, my eyes start getting watery, and burning I don’t know WHY, they just do. But keep your hate off this page and out my inbox or keep just stepping somewhere else. To rest of you, thank you kindly for making sure I knew. ❤️

I’ve seen several local businesses close over the years, and unfortunately, several more just this week. Before rushing to social media or Google to leave a 1-star review, consider giving the business an opportunity to make things right.

I used to be quick to leave a negative review myself, but I’ve learned that a simple phone call or conversation can often resolve the issue. No one is perfect—we all make mistakes. Most small business owners genuinely care and will do everything they can to fix a problem if they’re given the chance.

Please remember that shopping locally isn’t the same as shopping at a large corporation. Small businesses pay significantly more for the products they sell. For example, we pay $8.98 for a pack of 20 buns, while a large chain like Dairy Queen may pay around $3. That’s not just true for buns—it’s true for almost every product we purchase. We simply can’t buy at the same volume or prices as national chains.

If we want our local businesses to stay open, we need to support them. Every dollar spent locally helps keep jobs, families, and our community strong.

Please support local businesses whenever you can. Too many have already closed, and many more are struggling to stay open.

So I’ll address something I briefly saw in a comment/share on our post about our special for Monday before it disappeared—something along the lines of, “You obviously don’t know the meaning of Memorial Day.”

We absolutely do.

Memorial Day is about honoring and remembering the men and women who gave their lives serving our country. But for many veterans still with us, this day is also deeply personal—it’s a time to remember brothers, sisters, friends, and family they served alongside and lost.

So if someone chooses to enjoy a small token of gratitude, a meal, or a moment of fellowship while remembering those sacrifices, that does not diminish the meaning of the day.

Let us honor our way- it’s not much but it’s something.
