First up we have Double A Texas Straight Bourbon Wh***ey. Bottled in Smithville, TX. (Actual bottle will be posted in comments section)
Age: 6yr
Proof: 103 Proof (51.5%ABV)
Mash Bill: NA
Notes: Spicy Caramel, Butterscotch, Vanilla, Hint of Orange Peel, Soft Leather, and Sweet Oak

Next we have Shortbarrel Straight Rye Wh***ey. Outsourced from MGP in Indiana. Bottled in Chamblee, GA
Age: A blend of barrels 5-8yrs
Proof: 101 Proof (50.5%ABV)
Mash Bill: 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barely
Notes: Rye, Caramel, Vanilla, Mint, Orange Creamsicle

Last we have Analusia Stryker Madera Cask Finish. Texas American Single Malt Wh***ey. Aged New American Oak Barrels and for a few months in Madera W**e Casks from Haak W**ery near Galveston, TX. From Analusia Wh***ey Co in Blanco, TX

Proof: 116 Proof (58%ABV)
Mash Bill: 100% Malted Barely smoked using Texas BBQ traditions with Oak, Mesquite, and Apple Woods
Notes: Rich Red Fruits and Berries, Campfire Smoke, Toffee, Baking Spices, Almond, Pecan, Viscous Finish

This Friday!!

This Friday at Moonshine Drinkery we will be having an art show for Eric "Goob" Gonzales in dedication of him and his memory. He was meant to be a featured artist in our show this last month, so we'd like to honor him by having his work up for display. Come hang with us, and let's talk about the one and only Goob. Hope to see you there. Big thank you to Josh Vega for letting us have this for him.

Come support live music and Texas artists by coming out and showing your girl Bri Bagwell some love!! Molly McDonald will get the night going around 9pm!! This is a FREE SHOW!!

Note: due to the big turnout we're anticipating, we won't be able to take table reservations unless they come through the artists!! So have dinner at one of the great local spots around the corner, and get here early!!
