As most of you already know we’ve transitioned everything but our catering operation out to our new location at 13869 hwy 77 to Franklin's Backyard Bayou Bar & Grill same great crew and same amazing recipe. So plz head there to get your crawfish fix this season. And we’re working on get more walk-in cooler storage so that we can offer live crawfish as well. If you haven’t like and fallowed our new page plz do so to keep informed.

Sorry for the wait we’re doing all we can to get staff trained and ready. Unfortunately until we get Franklin's Backyard Bayou Bar & Grill under control with the unbelievable amount of support everyone is showing. We’re still not sure on open date for this location. But with that being said we’ve got 1800lbs of nice crawfish cleaned and ready come on out and get some!!!!!!!
We will keep everyone posted but for now we will see you out at Franklins thanks again for all the calls and text and the support.

Do to the supply of Crawfish right now, we are so SORRY to announce we will have to postponed opening day! We will have Crawfish at Franklin's Backyard Bayou Bar & Grill this weekend. Ok everyone the cat is out of the bag. AND ITS CRAWFISH TIME starting this Thursday the 22 from 5-9 out at the bayou!!!

Only two more short weeks and it’s CRAWFISH TIME. Our farmers feel confident that the molt should be over and prices will continue to drop. We will offer full menu and of course our famous pork cracklins!

Ok everyone is asking and YES the market is getting better but not good enough for us just yet. We expect to hopefully start the weekend after Super Bowl. We’ve been offered plenty crawfish but not at the price we want to start at this yr. Can’t wait to get going but we all have to benefit to make it worth it. Stay tuned coming soon!!!

As we all wait patiently on crawfish season to get started. Just want to remind all of you that our new location Franklin's Backyard Bayou Bar & Grill here in Victoria located 13869 hwy 77 north. We have all of our delicious boils available and gumbo, boudin balls, and Chicken Cracklin as well!!!!! So if you need your fix come see us!!!
