One of our chefs playing in the kitchen this morning decided to come up with something delicious with the Trimmings of our hand cut prime, New York strips, and ribeyes.
So here’s something interesting and new a spicy beef Cajun pasta !!! Man. It’s delicious. It will be a very limited product but definitely something we’re gonna put on a special board. We have enough for four more orders left today. If anyone wants to come give it a run yes it’s greasy yes it’s a little spicy. It’s very rich and flavor and definitely not something to eat all the time, but definitely worth a try.

We have some beautiful halibut. We have plenty of fresh whole flounder and Red Fish on a half shell.Thursday steak night 14 ounce New York strip two sides only 29.99 plenty of colossal king crab, and live Lobsters as well.

Let’s get this week going. Gumbo on the stove now. And we started receiving our shipments. This week‘s Fish feature is Alaskan halibut with two sides topped with jumbo lump crab Lafayette sauce. We also have our semi boneless Quail with two sides. We’ve had lots of request for it so the double bone Pork Chop is back for the weekend while supplies. plenty of whole founder and Red Fish and Haf shells well.
And don’t forget about the 🥩 were hand cutting those prime ribeyes and New York strip, and don’t forget those beautiful tenderloin fillets.

Thursday 🥩 steak night 12-14oz New York strip with two sides only 26.99 And live music on the patio from 6-9.
Our commercial guys got here this morning and we have plenty of whole flounder this week as well as Red Grouper topped with jumbo lump crab Lafayette sauce. And plenty Redfish on Half-shell.
We also received some more she’s not from Texas oysters come on out and make a pass. Have a good time.
