What's an Empanada? I thought everyone knew. It's a meat patty. Similar to a Pastie or Hand Pocket or sometimes called a Hand Pie. It's stuffed with Chicken, Beef, Vegetables, Pork. More on this Later! Bon Appetit!!!

I love this Pianist and Composer, Mr. Philip Aaberg. He’s a very soft player. Makes you want to dream. My favorite piece is, “Cinema Paradiso”. The musical piece brings back my old beautiful memories of Puerto Rico. I’ll put a link below for your listening pleasure. I am so happy that the Bitterroot Performing Arts Council is using VICTOR School's beautiful Theatre. They have had several productions here and each one was as lovely as the one before. I would like to encourage you to have a Dinner and a Show. Mis Abuelos would like to offer a $5.00 discount for each ticket purchased. Please present your ticket or receipt as proof of purchase. Support the Arts!!! Life is too dull without great food and great performances. Be are Part of the Community!!!
